Payment and Fees

We charge a subscription fee for using our platform, which may vary depending on the features and services you select. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our platform in a timely manner.

Refunds

You can count on ByteBeds to offer you a straightforward refund procedure. As soon as we receive a refund request, we are committed to processing the return. A maximum of 7 to 10 working days may be needed before the refund amount is paid out from our end. If there are no cancellation or change fees, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Any cancellation or change fees you may have will be subtracted from your payment along with any applicable taxes and service fees.

Intellectual Property

Our platform and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ByteBeds and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our platform or its contents for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteBeds be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteBeds, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or any violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We may terminate your account or suspend your access to our platform at any time without notice or liability. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to our platform will cease, and you must delete any content or data associated with your account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
